Interaction with the Evok machine takes place both through physical buttons, to start dispensing drinks, and through a touch screen whose main task is to transmit feedback on the operations being performed, dispensing times and machine parameters.

The interface presents an unambiguous correspondence between the dispenser layout and the portions of the interface dedicated to the specific feedback which, by means of a pop-up animation and a series of contrasting colours, allow an immediate return of the operation being performed and the dispenser that is performing it.

The system provides for ‘soft customisation’ of drinks, which can be set via the monitor interface before dispensing starts. The change of the basic recipe is signalled by the intermittent illumination of the button and a dedicated icon in the ‘feedback strip’.

The interface has been designed to adapt to different machine models that may have more or fewer dispensers and is natively ‘responsive’ for correct use on all types of devices that can be connected and used to manage the machine.
